All A&AA lab and output room laser printers now support duplex printing.

Windows computers in the labs will default to double-sided printing automatically, in accordance with University policy.

In the Print dialog box

Click on the Properties button

From the Layout Tab

Check or Un-Check the box for Print On Both sides

Choose edge binding (long or short)

Mac OSX

Standard Procedure

In the Print dialog box

From the “Copies and Pages” drop down menu, select “Layout”.

Within the “Layout” section select where it indicates Two-sided printing either:

Long-edge binding or Short-edge binding

Once you have made your selection you can continue on and make any other print selections or click on the Print button to send your document to the printer.

Using Premium Printer (Harvey)

In the Print dialog box

From the Copies and Pages drop down menu, select Xerox Features

In the section for 2-Sided Printing, select the 2-sided printing option that suits your printing needs.

Once you have made your selection you can continue on and make any other print selections or click on the Print button to send your document to the printer.
