Submitting Jobs for Print

Poster Printing

Here are the steps for submitting jobs to the large-format printers in the Output Room. If you are still getting familiar with large-format poster printing, be sure to review the Poster Printing: Hints & Tips page.

Step 1: Save your file as a PDF in the PDF/X format using the PDF/X-4 preset. [see Saving As PDF/X for instructions].

Step 2: Upload your file via this link: https://bit.ly/Output_Room_Upload.

Step 3: Acquire the necessary funding to cover the fees for the Output Room Services. All Output Room services require proof of payment before they can be rendered. Please look at the section on Using the Output Room for more details on payment methods.

Step 4: Releasing Prints. Please come to the Output Room window to identify the print you’d like to have released and show that you have acquired the necessary funds.

Step 5: Pick up your printed document. When your print is completed, you will receive an email, or you can come back during our regular business hours.
